WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By attending Summerisle, I agree that:
SUMMERISLE IS DANGEROUS. I COULD GET HURT OR DIE. I AGREE TO NOT SUE IF I DO.
I AGREE THAT MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, SUCCESSORS, HEIRS, AND ASSIGNS ARE ALSO BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
I RELEASE AND FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS ANYONE CONNECTED TO SUMMERISLE, AND I AGREE, CONTRACT, AND COVENANT THAT I CANNOT SUE OR TAKE ANY OTHER LEGAL ACTION AGAINST: SUMMERISLE BURN, THE PRODUCERS, OTHER VOLUNTEERS, THE SUMMERISLE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE LANDOWNERS DAVID COOK AND HEIDI CUSTER, AND THEIR COMPANY, TEABERRY PRODUCTIONS.
I AGREE THAT I HAVE HAD TIME TO READ THIS, I UNDERSTAND IT, I HAVE CONSULTED WITH INDEPENDENT COUNSEL IF I SO DESIRE BEFORE SIGNING IT, AND I AM NOT BEING PRESSURED OR COERCED IN ANY WAY TO SIGN IT.

At Gate, I will expect to be asked to confirm that I was the one who filled out this electronic waiver for myself and/or the humans I am legally responsible for before being allowed entry into the event.
I understand that I still need to display a legal ID at the gate in order to enter Summerisle and that the ID must match the name on both the event ticket and the waiver.
